At ChurnZero, our priority is ensuring our customers’ success. To help us in this mission, we are enhancing our weekly Customer Newsletter called Fighting Churn. Delivered every Friday, Fighting Churn provides a way to keep you up-to-date on everything Customer Success and ChurnZero.
Debuting today, the newsletter will provide our customers with our latest blog posts, upcoming and on-demand webinars, industry news and ChurnZero ideas and inspiration.
Customer only features will be shared throughout the month including:
- Dear Abby Hammer – An advice column for ChurnZero customers? Our monthly feature Dear Abby Hammer provides just that. Customers are invited to submit their questions about CS or using ChurnZero to our CCO Abby Hammer.
- Do you have a burning question for ChurnZero’s Chief Customer Officer to address? This is your chance! Submit your question to Abby Hammer here.
- Customer Team Spotlights – Our customers are doing great things with ChurnZero. This Q&A style feature highlights CS teams, what they’re doing and what they've learned along the way.

- Tips and Tricks – in this feature our Customer Success Managers will share ideas on how you can best leverage ChurnZero. This feature centers around a common CS challenge and how ChurnZero can help.
